Following the success of last year’s “A Question of…” our annual concert in 2019 will follow a similar format. Winslow Concert Band, in conjunction with the the Winslow Anglo French Twinning Association (WAFTA) invites you to relax in a cafe style atmosphere, listen to some great music, enjoy delicious cheese and wine, and take part in our quiz. Proceeds from the concert will be donated to our Charity of the Year, The Puzzle Centre, and volunteers from the Charity will be running a raffle during the evening.
The event will be held at Winslow Public Hall, Elmfield Gate, Winslow MK18 3JA. The ticket price of £12 (under 16 – £8) includes musical entertainment, a cheese selection, pâté, bread and grapes, and a quiz with a prize for the winning table. The bar will be open for purchase of wines and soft drinks. The doors will open at 7.00pm for a prompt 7.30pm start.
Tickets must be purchased in advance either by using the PayPal link below or by calling 0345 459 1994*. The hall will be arranged with tables of 8. Once we have received payment for your tickets we will allocate them to specific tables on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, if you wish to attend with friends and family and be allocated to the same table, please purchase all tickets for the party at the same time. If calling we will reserve your tickets for 7 days and give you details of different payment options. Tables will not be allocated until payment has been received.
